The State Administration Council (SAC) announced with Order No. 85/2023 on September 25 that the SAC was reconstituted with new members General Maung Maung Aye and Lieutenant General Nyo Saw according to Section 419 of the Constitution.

General Maung Maung Aye and Lieutenant General Nyo Saw have been appointed to replace Lt-Gen Soe Htut and Lt-Gen Moe Myint Tun who were former SAC members.

Moreover, Union Minister at the Union Government Office (1) Lt-Gen Soe Htut was assigned to discharge original military duties.

The Order No 85/2023 signed by SAC Chairman Senior General Min Aung Hlaing highlighted the reconstitution of SAC. The remaining orders of reshuffles of military and ministerial departments were signed by Secretary Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe.
