The State Administration Council (SAC) has substituted Colonel Myo Win, appointed as Nay Pyi Taw Council member with Col. Ye Moe, Pol. Col. Ko Ko Lwin was substituted with U Min Oo, and U Aung Khine was substituted with U Han Thu under Section 419 of the Constitution.

Moreover, SAC has substituted Transport Ministers of Region or State governments as follows under Section 419 of the Constitution.

For the Kachin State government, Police Colonel Kyaw Tun was substituted with U Khin Maung Htwe, for the Kayah State government Police Colonel Maung Maung Oo was substituted with U Aung Myo Than, for the Kayin State government, Police Colonel Win Kyaw Naing was substituted with U Nyi Nyi Zaw, for the Sagaing Region government, Police Colonel Aung Myint Naing was substituted with U Khin Maung Aye, for the Taninthayi Region government, Police Colonel Myint Tun was substituted with U Aung Zaw Hlaing, for the Bago Region government, Police Colonel Kyaw Htut was substituted with U Tin Swe, for the Magway Region government, Police Colonel Lin Htut was substituted with U Aung Thu Oo, for the Mandalay Region government, Police Brig-Gen Sein Lwin was substituted with U Aung Zaw Oo, for the Mon State government, Police Colonel Myo Swe was substituted with U Tin San Naing, for the  Rakhine State government, Police Colonel Thet Lwin was substituted with U Aung Kyaw Moe, for the Yangon Region government, Police Brig-Gen Myo Min Htike was substituted with U Kyaw Kyaw Soe, for the  Shan State government, Police Brig-Gen Tin Ko Ko was substituted with U Nay Win Aung, for the Ayeyawady Region government, Police Colonel Tin Zaw Tun was substituted with U Nay Myo Aung.

SAC has substituted Social Affairs Ministers of Region or State governments as follows under Section 419 of the Constitution.

For the Kachin State government, U Thant Zin Ko Ko was substituted with U Moe Min Thein, for the Kayin State government, U Kyaw Myint was substituted with U Saw Tun Aung, for the Sagaing Region government, U Hsan Aung was substituted with U Nyunt Win Aung, for the Taninthayi Region government, U Thant Zin was substituted with U Thet Naing, for the Bago Region government, U Aung Win Oo was substituted with U Myo Aung, for the Mandalay Region government, U Soe Lwin was substituted with U Aung Kyaw Moe, for the Mon State government, U Myat Thwin was substituted with U Saw Kyi Naing, for the Yangon Region government, U Maung Maung Than was substituted with U Htay Aung, for the  Shan State government, U Aye Hlaing was substituted with U Min Min Lwin, for the Ayeyawady Region government, U Aung Win Thein was substituted with U Khin Maung Kyi.

State Administration Council has appointed Daw Phyu Mar Wai as Advocate-General of Yangon Region under Section 419 of the Constitution.
