Over 60 health inspectors volunteer to help prevent Covid-19 in Sittway

Health inspector (2) Arkar Htet Lin told The Daily Eleven that up to August 24 there have been over 60 public health inspectors from all over the country who volunteered to give their service to prevent and control Covid-19 in Sittway town, and the number of volunteers is increasing.

“Till 9 pm, 45 volunteers have been listed at the Health and Sports Ministry from State Public Health Supervisory Association. Till today there have been over 60 volunteers listed. I have to collect data. I have taken responsibility for that,” said Arkar Htet Lin.

State Public Health Supervisory Association Information Committee said that till the evening of August 23, there have been 45 personnel who have volunteered to give their service to prevent and control Covid-19 in Sittway, Rakhine State.

The list of volunteers will be submitted to the Ministry of Health and Sports through the state health officer for the volunteers to be assigned their duties.
