A total of 3,050 Covid-19 cases and five deaths were reported in Myanmar on February 19, according to the Ministry of Health.

From 8pm of February 18 to 8pm of February 19, 30,406 lab samples were tested and 3,050 cases were detected. Moreover, five patients died during the period, the ministry announced.

There were 562,364 Covid-19 cases and 19,327 deaths in the country from the start of the outbreak till 8pm of February 19.

On February 19 also, 791 patients were discharged from hospitals.
