Upon arrival in Yangon, the shipment was received by Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein, regional government ministers, officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Strategic Studies and Training Department, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief, and Resettlement, the Disaster Management Department, and Mr. Ouyang Daobing, Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar, along with other responsible personnel.

The relief supplies were loaded onto designated vehicles by military personnel, Yangon City Development Committee staff, and local freight workers. Under the supervision of the Yangon Regional Government, the supplies will be transported to the earthquake-affected areas, while some will be sent to Nay Pyi Taw via the Yangon Region Public Health and Medical Service Department.
