Min Ko Naing’s apartment confiscated, film director Ko Pauk’s home sealed off

Authorities have confiscated the apartment of Min Ko Naing after issuing a warrant and sealed off the home of film director Ko Pauk, according to sources available on February 22.

The warrant was stuck on the wall of Min Ko Naings flat No.B2, the first floor, building No.147 in Weizayanta Street in Thingangyun Township, Yangon. The warrant summons Min Ko Naing (aka) Paw Tun Oo saying that all of his movable and unmovable assets shall be confiscated and controlled by the State until further court order.    

Likewise, the authorities came and sealed off the home of film director Ko Pauk (aka) Aung Min Naing located in Shwepyitha 2 Street, Ward-31, North Dagon Township, on February 21, nearby resident said.  

Moreover, the homes of vocalists Lin Lin and Chan Chan, TV presenter Maung Maung Aye, writer Wai Hmu Thwin and social influencer Pen Selo have recently been sealed off.
