Health education about coronavirus is held at Mae Sot hospital at the Myanmar-China border on January 28.

Doctors from the hospital educated and illustrated the locals on how-to and when to-protect from the virus.

Five out of the eight patients in Thailand, who are infected with novel coronavirus, are returned home as they are safe from the virus. The remaining three patients are still at the hospital to have treatment.

More than four million Myanmar migrant workers are working in Thailand and although they are not infected with the disease, concerns are increased among the workers.

The doctors showed the migrant workers how to use masks and explained them that they need to go to the hospital or doctors to receive treatment if the temperature is above 38°C and they have coughing. Health authorities are checking travellers at No.1 Friendship Bridge and No.2 Friendship Bridge on both sides.
