The Grand Final of Miss Myanmar International 2019 was held on August 14 where 20 contestants participated in the competition. Ohnmar Myint won the Miss Myanmar International 2019. It was attended by winner of 2018 Venezuela, Miss Mariem.

The swim suit competition was first held at the Grand Final of Miss Myanmar International 2019.  Later, contestants participated in the evening gown competition. Entertainment programme is also included in the show. Project K Band entertained guests with songs. Next, top 10 finalists were chosen.

Win Le Mon won the 4th runner up, Elena Win won the 3rd runner up, Yamon won the 2nd runner up,  and Myo Thiri Ko won the 1st runner up while  Ohnmar Myint won the Miss Myanmar International 2019. She was awarded Ks.10 million and other prizes. She has to represent Myanmar as well as she has to work with Stellar Seven Entertainment.

"I did my best in the competition but I don't think I'll be the winner. I will prepare to show best of my images in the international arena," said Ohnmar Myint, Miss Myanmar International 2019.
