Rescue teams are working in the flooded areas, protection of embankment and collecting of data together with the Hinthada district philanthropic association and other social organizations.

“We help elders and children to reach safe places in the flooded areas, we cooperate with the people from the irrigation department and collected the data of affected people, like, elderly people, pregnant women, and children under five, disabled people and property,” said Ko Pyaesone from Hinthada district philanthropic association.
