The Ministry of Health and Sports has stated that a Covid-19 Test is no longer necessary for domestic air travel.

Domestic Air travelers will be able to purchase air tickets without any documentations, however air travelers are urged to abide by health regulations and guidelines while traveling.

Travelers that display Covid-19 symptoms such as fever, dry cough, loss of smell or taste, have had contact with Covid-19 positive patients in the past two weeks will not be allowed to travel.

Additionally, after arriving at their destinations, travelers must abide by the laws and health guidelines of those destinations.

For travelers on the relief flight of Myanmar National Airways (MNA) and Myanmar Airways International (MAI), Covid-19 tests will be available at Yangon International Airport Cargo Warehouse and N Health Laboratory.

For travelers wishing to go to Bangkok, Singapore, and domestic destinations on MNA relief flights, they are able to get tested for Covid-19 near Sule Pagoda, N Health Laboratory, and Cargo Warehouse on Pyay Road.

For travelers wishing to go to domestic and international locations on MAI/Air KBZ relief flights, they are able to get tested at Airport Cargo Warehouse, N Health Lab, and Tourist Burma Building.
