Thai League 1 club Chonburi is agreed to sign Yangon United defender Zaw Min Tun to one-year contract, sources said.

The contract with Yangon United will be expired at the end of this year and he will move to the Thai club permanently. He is trying to leave the Yangon United in early December and he will make medical check-up with the Thai League 1 club before signing the final terms. The Thai club will provide house and car in addition to salary.

“I have not much time for my career life so I decided to play at Thai league. I planned to play three or four years in overseas. I will try to have regular line-up and try to be best,” said Zaw Min Tun.

Chonburi has agreements with Zaw Min Tun and Sithu Aung for upcoming season. Other clubs are negotiating to sign Myanmar players.
