Myanmar has opened 50 polling stations at its embassies, permanent missions, and consulates abroad to allow overseas citizens to cast advance ballots for the 2025 multiparty democratic general election.

According to official information, advance voting has already been completed at 41 of these 50 locations as of December 8, 2025.

The remaining overseas missions will continue operating their polling stations until the designated dates so that all eligible Myanmar citizens abroad can cast their advance votes.
