The ASEAN Trade Fair 2025 was held in Goyang City's KINTEX2 in Seongnam, South Korea, featuring 80 booths from ASEAN member countries, including Myanmar.

Held as part of the ASEAN WEEK 2025 program organized by the ASEAN-Korea Centre, the ASEAN Trade Fair 2025 took place from November 13 to 16. The opening ceremony for the fair was held on November 14.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Kim Jae-Shin, the Secretary-General of the ASEAN-Korea Centre, and ambassadors from ASEAN embassies in South Korea.

Following the ceremony, the Secretary-General of the ASEAN-Korea Centre and the ASEAN ambassadors toured the ASEAN food products exhibition.

The ASEAN Trade Fair 2025 displayed food products, including traditional foods, from countries across the ASEAN region.

At the exhibition, ten companies from Myanmar participated with ten booths, showcasing various products such as traditional Myanmar snacks, including traditional mont-lone-yay-paw (a type of floating rice ball), lahpet (tea leaf salad), honey, ready-to-eat mohinga, ngapi gyaw (fried fermented shrimp paste), and dried fish.

"This is our first time participating in the ASEAN Trade Fair. Participating in an international fair like this is very helpful for expanding our market, as it allows us to understand which products are in demand in the markets of Korea and ASEAN countries," said Ma Myint Myint Soe, CEO of Gold Spice, an exhibiting company.

ASEAN Week 2025, organized by the ASEAN-Korea Centre, is being held over six days starting from November 11. The program includes a Commemorative Ceremony for the Completion of the 10 ASEAN Benches at the ASEAN-Korea Olle, the ASEAN Journalists Invitation Program, the ASEAN-Korea Media Forum, and the ASEAN Trade Fair 2025.

As part of the ASEAN Journalists Invitation Program, the ASEAN-Korea Centre has invited 20 representatives from media outlets in ASEAN countries, including the Eleven Media Group, who are members of the Asian News Network (ANN), and other news agencies from ASEAN nations. The delegates have been in South Korea since November 11.
