KTV, clubs, restaurants and stalls ordered to close temporarily in Sagaing due to Covid-19

The Sagaing Region government had issued an order to close for two weeks KTVs, clubs, restaurants, teashops, etc as cases of Covid-19 climb.

They are to close from July 5 until the 19th. This order also includes the Naga Self-Adminstrative Region.

Those that sell food and beverages are not to allow any sit-in or dine-ins, instead only allowing take away orders.

Those from Stay-at-home areas are to have proof of the RDT Test Kit within the last 72 hours on their person if they wish to enter into other areas. Failure to comply will be charged under extant laws.

Sagaing Region had seen rocketing amounts of Covid-19 cases with several deaths.
