Well-wishers build huts for IDPs in Buthidaung Township

KITSAPA- As there are over 180 IDPs households, comprising of over 800 family members, well-wishers are now building huts for them in the compound of Lanma monastery in Buthidaung Township, Rakhine State.

At present, 826 IDPs are taking shelter at the Lanma monastery in Buthidaung Township.

However, despite such charities, it still isn’t enough.

The CSOs also said that due to the continuous fighting that had occurred in Buthidaung Township, numbers of IDPs will only increase.
