The Information Team of the State Administration Council (SAC) announced that two preschool teachers from Miba Myitta Kindergarten [Private] situated in Htantabin Township, Yangon Region were shot dead around 6:25 pm on June 6.

 When Thea Malar Win and Saung Thazin Oo who earned a living as the preschool teachers at the Miba Myitta Kindergarten [Private] stayed in the compound of the preschool, four PDF members arrived at the school by Taxi and shot at the victims and run away. The victims shot in the head died on the spot, according to the announcement.

The online social media reported that two victims were the mother and sister of Kaung Zarni Hein who was arrested along with Kyaw Thura on June 6 and accused of killing Singer Li Li Naing Kyaw.

Singer Li Li Naing Kyaw who was shot in the head by an unknown gunman in front of her house on May 30 had died at the military hospital on June 6.

The SAC’s Information Team announced at night of June 6 that Kaung Zarni Hein @ La Pyae and Kyaw Thura @ ET were arrested for the murder of singer Li Li Naing Kyaw on June 6.

Concerning killing of Kaung Zarni Hein’s mother and sister, both sides accused on the social media pages saying that they were killed by the PDF members and Pyusawhti militias.

Nevertheless, the relevant security force are now striving to arrest the murders, it said.
