The State Administration Council (SAC), through Order No. 5/2025 issued on January 8, announced that U Sai Lone Sai, a member of the SAC's Central Advisory Board, has been permitted to step back from his responsibilities owing to health concerns.
According to Article 419 of the Constitution, the SAC has issued an order, which was signed by the council secretary General Aung Lin Dwe, to allow U Sai Lone Sai, a member of the Central Advisory Group of the SAC, to retire from duty due to his health.
The Central Advisory Group of the SAC was formed on February 1, 2023 by Order No. (7/2023).
The State Administration Council established the Central Advisory Group under Article 419 of the Constitution.
U Saw Tun Aung Myint took charge as the team leader in the central advisory group when it was formed and U Thein Nyunt, U Khin Maung Swe, Daw Aye Nu Sein, U Moung Har, U Sai Lone Sai, Saw Daniel, Dr Banyar Aung Moe and Dr Maung Maung Naing were members, according to the statement of SAC on February 1, 2023.
