SAC allows its Central Advisory Board member to retire and replaces Shan State Chief

The State Administration Council (SAC) issued Decree No. (16/2024) on January 31 that it allowed Dr Kyaw Tun, a member of the Central Advisory Board for the SAC, to retire from his duties in accordance with Article 419 of the Constitution.

In addition, the State Administration Council announced Order No. (11/2024) on January 31 that U Aung Aung replaced U Aung Zaw Aye as Shan State Chief Minister under Article 419 of the Constitution.

In addition, the State Administration Council has also issued Decree No. (12/2024) that according to Article 419 of the Constitution, U Than Win, a member of the Union Civil Service Board, has been allowed to retire from duty.

The SAC appointed U Myo Hlaing as a member of the Union Election Commission (UEC), U Kyaw Myo Htut as a member of the Union Civil Service Board and U Htein Lin as the Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs.

The State Administration Council issued Decree No. (14/2024) on January 31 that it appointed U Myo Hlaing as a member of the Union Election Commission in accordance with Article 419 of the Constitution.

Similarly, the State Administration Council issued Decree No. (13/2024) on January 31 that it appointed U Kyaw Myo Htut as a member of the Union Civil Service Board in accordance with Article 419 of the Constitution.

In addition, the State Administration Council issued Decree No. (15/2024) that it appointed U Htein Lin as the Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs in accordance with Article 419 of the Constitution.

On January 31, the State Administration Council issued Decree No. (9/2024) that Chairman of the Union Election Commission, U Thein Soe, has been allowed to retire from duty in accordance with Article 419 of the Constitution due to health.
