Yangon - Students and civilians from many walks of life crowd Hledan Junction, University Avenue Road and all along Hledan Road to protest against the military power seizure.

This is the 8th day of protests on February 13 and Hledan and its nearby vicinity had seen tens of thousands of protestors since day 1.

Most of them are crowded in front of the Hledan Center as well as underneath the flyover bridge, holding up signs and chanting. In previous days of protest, the police have blocked the University Avenue route but neither the police nor the blockade is yet to be seen on February 13 afternoon.

Protestors chanted against dictatorship, condemning the utilization of military strategies, passed on the military by Bogyoke Aung San, against the civilians, as well as calling for civil servants to join the Civil Disobedience Movement.
