Myanmar's President holds talks with Belarusian President during official visit

Myanmar President U Min Aung Hlaing met with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko at the Presidential Palace in Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday evening, according to official reports.

Authorities have not yet released details of the discussions held during the meeting.

President Lukashenko arrived in Myanmar earlier in the day for an official working visit at the invitation of President U Min Aung Hlaing. He is leading a high-level Belarusian delegation during the visit.

The Belarusian President and his delegation were received at Nay Pyi Taw Military Airport by Union Minister U Myo Tun Oo, who oversees the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications, Deputy Foreign Minister U Ko Ko Kyaw, Myanmar's Ambassador to Belarus, Belarus's Ambassador to Myanmar, and other government officials.
