Myanmar President U Min Aung Hlaing and Chinese Premier Li Qiang held talks at around 4 p.m. local time on June 16 at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation across a wide range of sectors, including reopening border trade gates, strengthening the systematic management of border trade in accordance with the rule of law, and jointly implementing measures to facilitate cross-border commerce.
