Myanmar Agricultural Development Bank reopens in Lashio, offering monsoon season loans to farmers
The Myanmar Agricultural Development Bank in Lashio, Northern Shan State, reopened on June 6.
With the bank’s reopening, farmers in Lashio District can now apply for seasonal monsoon cultivation loans. The loan amounts are set at 150,000 kyat per acre for paddy farming and 100,000 kyat per acre for other crops.
To obtain these agricultural loans, farmers must submit Form 7 along with approval from the loan screening committee.
