Myanmar National Airlines (MNA) announced it will adjust the flight time of the Yangon-Pathein-NyaungU-Mandalay route to make it convenient for passengers who want to travel to Chaungthar and Ngwe Saung beaches.
The Yangon-Pathein-NyaungU-Mandalay flight scheduled by the MNA for leisure travelers during the open season will be changed to afternoon flight times from October 27 to make it the most convenient time for leisure travellers to Chaungthar and Ngwe Saung beaches.
The airline said that it will fly Yangon-Pathein-NyaungU-Mandalay route every Sunday and Monday with ATR 72-600 aircraft.
The new flight of the airline will depart from Yangon to Pathein on Sunday at 11:30 am, and arrive at Pathein at 12:10 pm and depart from Pathein at 12:25 pm and arrive at NyaungU at 2:10 pm. It will leave NyaungU at 2:25 pm and arrive at Mandalay at 3 pm.
On Monday, Mandalay-NyaungU-Pathein-Yangon flights depart from Mandalay at 2:20 pm and arrive at NyaungU at 2:55 pm. It will leave NyaungU at 3:10 pm and arrive at Pathein at 4:55 pm. It will leave Pathein at 5:10 pm and arrive in Yangon at 5:50 pm.
The fixed prices of the airline are 160,000 kyats from Yangon to Pathein, 190,000 kyats from Pathein to NyaungU, 110,000 kyats from Mandalay to NyaungU, 290,000 kyats from Yangon to NyaungU and 36,000 kyats from Mandalay to Pathein.
The services will include baggage allowance, 7kg allowance and meal or snack boxes.
The airline is flying the Yangon-Chiang Mai flight with an ATR 72-600 aircraft, and a one-way ticket can be purchased for 700,000 Kyats.
The MNA operates Yangon-Chiang Mai-Yangon flights every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
