On December 11, Union Minister for Transport and Communications U Mya Htun Oo, along with officials, inspected the land where the railway hotel and high-end shopping center will be built near PyinOoLwin Station in PyinOoLwin, the land where the football field will be built, the buildings and housing projects of the Yadanapon Cyber ​​City project in the new town project, the road expansion and repair work in Wards 8 and 10 of the new town of PyinOoLwin, and the National Kandawgyi Garden where the flower festival is being held.

Upon arriving at the construction site of the three-star railway hotel and high-end shopping center near PyinOoLwin Station, which is being implemented under the guidance of the interim President, officials gave a detailed explanation about the building to be built.

In response to the presentations, the Union Minister stated that the building to be built is a high-rise four-story building, so it will be built with a pile foundation to withstand earthquakes. The conceptual plan will be drawn up with an architectural design that will provide good natural light and ventilation, and will be consistent with the design of the existing ancient PyinOoLwin Station. The landscaping and drainage system will be calculated systematically. Since it is a three-star hotel, the hotel rooms need to have a design with a size and facility appropriate to the level. Since the design will include a high-end shopping mall, it is necessary to have facilities that meet the standards for guests who will stay at the hotel and those who will come to shop. He inspected the project sites and coordinated with the necessary measures.

Then, according to the instructions of the acting president, the land where the new football field will be built between the PyinOoLwin Railway Avenue and the locomotive factory, the Yadanarpon Cyber ​​City buildings, residential buildings, and roads of the Yadanarpon New Town Project were inspected.

After that, upon arrival at Ward 8 of Padaythar new town of PyinOoLwin, the Union Minister discussed the work requirements upon the presentation of the officials on the planned road expansion, road repair, and nylon asphalt paving of the main roads in Ward 8 and Ward 10. He also toured the Nawarat Road, Theingi Road, Yadanarpon Road, and Pyitharyar Road.

He also inspected the fence and sidewalk along the entrance road of the National Kandawgyi Garden in Ward 6 of PyinOoLwin, the work of painting the fences and installing iron plates on the tops of the iron gratings, the implementation of the guidelines instructed by the Acting President during his inspection visit to the National Kandawgyi Park, and greeted visitors to the flower festival.
