Power production has decreased by about 55 megawatts due to the mine attack at the Zawtika-Kanpauk-Myaingkalay-Yangon gas pipeline, announced the Yangon Electricity Supply Corporation.
The announcement said mine attack occurred at the Zawtika-Kanpauk-Myaingkalay-Yangon near Zout Thut Village, Bilin Township and the pipeline caught fire at 4:30 am on March 9.
