A total of 40 monks from Thagyahinoh Village and neighbouring areas were invited to receive the Kathina offerings from Eleven Media Group. The venerable monks chanted Paritta suttas to bless the occasion. After the ceremony, alms food and desserts were offered to the attending monks, and the guests who came from nearby villages were also served with a meal (Satuditha). This Saddhammaransi Monastery building in Thagyahinoh Village was originally constructed and donated by Eleven Media Group and a group of friend-doctors for people affected by Cyclone Nargis, which struck in May 2008.
