Fuel prices decline a little in Yangon

Motor vehicle owners in Yangon said that the fuel prices in Yangon have decreased and there are no longer queues for vehicles to buy fuel at filling stations.

At the beginning of December, there were queues of vehicles seen at some gas stations in Yangon.

“It's been two days. Today is more obvious. No more queuing at any filling station. You can also fill up a full tank upon arrival. No need to wait. There are no more than five cars in front of me," said a car owner in Yangon.

On December 15, the price of gasoline sold at gas stations is 2,445 kyats per litre for 92 Ron, 2,545 kyats per litre for 95 Ron, 2,185 kyats per litre for diesel and 2,240 kyats per litre for premium diesel.

The prices that were sold in the last few days were 2,465 kyats per litre for 92 Ron, 2,575 kyats per litre for 95 Ron, 2,215 kyats per litre for diesel and 2,270 kyats per litre for premium diesel.
