An explosion along the Bayintnaung Road in North Dagon Township and another explosion also occurred at Music Zone in Thingangyun Township. 

At around 6am on July 4, locals claim they heard the sound of three explosions at an liquor store along the Bayintnaung Road in North Dagon Township. 

"It happened in the morning. It was very loud and happened three times. No one was hurt because it was early. There were checks conducted afterwards," said a person that lives nearby.

There also was a bomb that exploded during the night in Music Zone (a Karaoke bar) in Thingangyun Township.

"It exploded inside. I don't know if people were hurt," said a resident that lives nearby.

The Mytel office in 156th street, Tamwe Township, also saw a similar explosion.

Security forces were seen conducting checks around the area after the explosion.

There also were several explosions across Yangon in Tharkayta Township, San Chaung Township,  Hlaing Township, Pazundaung Township  from June 30 until July 2.
