Daw Than Than Swe, the Vice-Governor of the Central Bank, was shot at around 10 am on April 7 in Room No.14, 3rd floor, Building 5 in Yangon's Shwegone Yeik Mon housing complex, according to an official from the Koh Min Koh Chin ward administration.

Maj-Gen Zaw Min Tun of the State Administration Council told the media that it is true about the news that she was shot. Her injuries are not serious and she is being treated at a military hospital.
