CBM to sell U.S $ 30 on the foreign currency market through Fx Trading Platform

The Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) has announced that it will sell U.S$30 million to fuel oil business owners on the foreign currency market through Fx Trading Platform.

On September 19, the Central Bank sold more than 8.5 million dollars (8518 -072.29) and more than two million Thai baht (2052047.87) on the Fx Market Online Trading Platform.

On September 18, CBM sold more than three million Thai baht on the Fx Market Online Trading Platform.

The Central Bank of Myanmar announced on September 18 that it will sell 10 million Thai baht to importers on the Fx Trading Platform in the foreign currency market. On September 18, CBM sold over three million baht (325,4017.27) on Fx Market Online Trading Platform.

On September 17, another 3,000 dollars were sold at a rate of 3,512 kyats per dollar.

On September 16, the central bank sold another five million dollars at a foreign exchange rate of 3,511 kyats per dollar.

In the foreign currency market, CBM sold  23,000 dollars at a rate of 3,507 kyats per dollar, more than 1.5 million Chinese yuan (1524,447.84) and 956,930 Thai baht on September 13.

The Central Bank of Myanmar announced on September 12 that it will sell $10 million for motor oil and $7 million for edible oil in the foreign currency market through the Fx Trading Platform.

The CBM announced that it sold 12.4 million dollars at a foreign exchange rate of 3502 kyats per dollar on September 4, 90,000 dollars at a foreign exchange rate of 3502 kyats per dollar on September 5, and 100,000 dollars at a foreign exchange rate of 3502 kyats per dollar on September 6.

The Central Bank of Myanmar announced on August 14 that it plans to provide 100 million dollars to fuel oil companies in the foreign currency market. After that, on August 15, more than nine million dollars were sold at a rate of 3400 kyat per dollar. On August 19, nearly 90 million were sold at a rate of 3,410 kyats per dollar, selling more than 99 million dollars in two days. It sold 31 million dollars at a rate of 3400 kyat per dollar on August 22, more than 35 million dollars at a rate of 3460 kyat per dollar on August 26, and 16.9 million dollars at a rate of 3,472 kyat per dollar on August 28.

The CBM announced that it sold 6 million dollars, five million Chinese yuan and 10 million Thai baht through FX Trading Platform for fuel, cooking oil and other important commodities on August 9.

According to the announcement on August 2, it sold five million dollars and five million Chinese yuan through the FX Trading Platform for the fuel, cooking oil and pharmaceutical sectors.

On August 1, 2024, the foreign currency trading (AD) licensed banks sold 69 million Thai baht and 9 million Chinese yuan through the FX Trading Platform to companies that import cooking oil, pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical-related products and fertilizers.
