A family of three including a three years old child was shot when they were riding on a motorcycle between 56 B and 56 C Street, at 116 street, in Thinpankone ward, Pyigyi Tagon Township, Mandalay Region around 8:00 am on March 11.

Two men from another motorcycle shot them and took the purse and motorcycle of U Thein Than Soe.

U Thein Than Soe and his wife Daw Pon Pon were shot at their faces and died on the spot. The child survived the shooting.
