Pakkoku- A person returning from China and underwent a 14 day quarantine and suffered high temperature and diarrhea. He is now a suspected patient and undergoes medical treatment at the Pakko General Hospital.

He is a 19 year old from Kamma from Pakkoku Township. Nasal swab has been taken for examination. In Pokkoku, arrangements have been made for giving treatment to suspect cases and confirmed cases. Till now, there is only one suspect case in Pakkoku.

There are more than 200 people under home quarantine and some 30 people are living under the arrangement by the authorities. They are coming back from foreign countries and from border areas.

The shop where case-8 patients had a meal in Pakkoku was closed and the owner and his family are under home quarantine.
