Thailand handed 92 Myanmar citizens who finished their jail terms in various Thai prisons and 11 of them are being watched and treated at Tachilek People’s Hospital as they had high body temperature, according to the Ministry of Health and Sports.

The 92 Myanmar citizens were handed over at Thai-Myanmar Friendship Bridge No (2) in Tachilek Township, Shan State (East).

Now, samples of the 11 with high temperatures have been sent to the National Health Laboratory in Yangon for coronavirus tests. The remaining 81 people are in quarantine at a Mogok meditation center in Tachilek.
