National Registration Cards (NRCs) have been issued to displaced residents who have returned to their homes in Falam, Chin State, according to reports.

On July 24, Deputy Minister for Construction U Myo Myint led a delegation to Falam, where he met with returning residents to inquire about their resettlement and coordinated with relevant officials to address their immediate needs.

The delegation also inspected shops operating along Bogyoke Street in Falam and encouraged business owners to prioritize the production and sale of safe, health-friendly products while ensuring that essential goods remain affordable for local residents.

The Deputy Minister and his team later visited the temporary public hospital in Falam to observe healthcare services being provided by doctors and medical staff.

They also visited the homes of returning displaced families in Falam's wards to inspect the distribution of state-provided construction materials, household essentials, relief supplies and food assistance. During the visit, the delegation coordinated with responsible officials to meet the needs of returnees and observed local residents working together to repair homes damaged by terrorist attacks.
