The Chairman of the State Administration Council (SAC), Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, who is on an official visit to Belarus, met with trainee officers in Belarus, according to sources.
The meeting was held at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Minsk, Belarus, on the evening of June 27 and attended by the Joint Secretary of the Council General Ye Win Oo, Council Member General Nyo Saw, Union Ministers, Deputy Ministers, and trainees in Belarus.
During the meeting, the SAC Chairman said that the state is sending trainees abroad for the purpose of obtaining good human resources for building the future state. Since they are selected and sent abroad as trainees, they need to value themselves and make more efforts for themselves and the state. Each individual should strive to master and understand the relevant subjects and that they should also continuously study and improve the changing technologies. The military personnel are basically people who have good morale, discipline and strive to achieve success in their work. The trainees need to value themselves and improve their lives and should maintain themselves and live hard to enhance the honour of the state and Tatmadaw.
He said that they had to take responsibility for the state in 2021 due to the election fraud. Therefore, holding the election again and convening the parliament is the best political solution. A free and fair multi-party democratic general election will be held soon and the government will ensure that all those who are entitled to vote can vote. Those who value democracy will participate in the vote. We are making preparations to hold a free and fair election. The trainee officers need to be properly informed about the changing conditions and political events in the country.
Then, he discussed the changing conditions of the country's politics. After the meeting, the SAC Chairman presented food and cashes to the trainee officers.
