"The government arranged land for the convenience of those who were displaced due to natural disasters. For those who had to move from Phaungseik,  4 acres of land was arranged in Pyinmachaung and for those from Tarnyoat, Nyatpyawtaw vilalges, they arranged (19) acres on the side of Kyaing Chaung. But, they are not properly settled. There are difficulties because of the rain and wind," said a resident.

"We are located on a 19-acre area on the side of the Kyaing Chaung. It has been raining all day, so it is very difficult. There are also puddles on the high ground. There is also water. In the low-lying areas, the water is now waist-deep or mid-thigh. There are around 60 houses in such waterlogged areas. It is even worse for unsafe houses," answered a local villager.

Phaungseik, Tarnyoat, Nyatpyawtaw and Ohntaw in Eainpyat village tract were evacuated due to landslide.
