Explosion took place under the vehicle parked opposite to Insein Prison and injured two passers-by women, according to those living in the area. The explosion took place around 1:30 pm on December 27.

The explosion took place under a vehicle parked near photo copy shop opposite to Insein central prison, Insein Township. The bumper of the vehicle was destroyed due to the explosion.

Two passers-by women from Hlaingthayar Township were injured at hands, thighs and feet. Security forces came to the area after the explosion and investigated the place.
