A threatening letter with a bullet was reportedly sent to the headmaster of Basic Education High School (Tonzang) in Tonzang Township, Chin State, demanding a school shutdown.

U Gin Shin Khaing, aged 60, the headmaster of the Tonzang high school opened the door of his house on the morning of December 13 when he found an envelope outside the door. Inside it was a letter signed by "C.M.D.A Guerrilla Force" that reads that BEHS (Tonzang) must close by 14-12-2023, and if not, action will be taken against the headmaster and teachers.

On December 11 also, three teachers from Cooperatives College (Mandalay) received phone messages demanding help from them by not going to college. But if they continue to go to college, they would receive bullets and some kind of accident, read the messages, which were sent from a team named Blood Brothers.
