A tree fell on a roadside shop in Chanmyathazi Township, Mandalay City, on September 11, injuring two men and one woman, according to the Myanmar Fire Services Department.

At about 10:00 p.m. on September 11, the MFSD receiving information that a tree fell on a roadside shop on Ayeyar Tun Road, Thanlyat Hmawtaung Ward, Chanmyathazi  Township.

Search and rescue operations were carried out firefighters with the help of a fire truck Chanmyathazi Township Fire Station and a fire truck from Thanlyat Hmawtaung Auxiliary Fire Station. The rescue work completed at 12:35 p.m. Than/Taung social welfare association sent the injured people who are not in serious condition to Mandalay People’s Hospital in its ambulance.
