The Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) has announced that visa extension approval for foreigners will not be issued to applications that do not have at least 60 days left before the visa expires.

On November 1, 2022, it was announced that "Foreigners who wish to obtain visa extension approval from companies must apply at least 60 days before their visa expires."

Now, it has been found that there are applications submitted without at least 60 days left before the visa expires. Therefore, foreigners who wish to obtain approval for visa extension are further notified to apply at least 60 days before their visa expires.

It also states that applications that do not have at least 60 days left before the visa expires will not be processed at all.
