The Chanmya Thukha free dispensary of the Chanmya Thukha Social Welfare Association, which was closed during Covid period, was reopened on 13th February as a free emergency treatment clinic.

The joint president of the Chanmya Thukha Social Welfare Association, U Htaik, said that due to the small space if the clinic it was temporarily closed.  The association provided transport to COVID- patients during the COVID period. That was the reason for the temporary closure, but now it was reopened for the emergency treatment due to accidents. He said that patients needing emergency treatment from other offices of the association could be sent there. The dispensary would be open everyday, he said.

The dispensary will be open everyday from 9am to 6pm for emergency treatment such as accidents.
