Two Chinese wanted for murder in Thailand are caught in Ngwa Saung beach, Ayeyawady Region on March 2, according to Ngwa Saung general administrative office.

The authorities had a tip-off about two Chinese without any documents at Ngwa Saung beach and they searched for them at hotels and guesthouses in the area. Locals informed the authorities on March 2 that the two Chinese are hired a speedboat to go to Rakhine State and the authorities contacted the speedboat owner before they caught the two Chinese.

“They hired a speedboat with Ks500,000 to go to Gwa. We thought they will go to Maungdaw at first and we got a contact with the speedboat driver. We told him to turn back the speedboat. We detained them at the beach and we found them they are two of the four people wanted for murder in Thailand,” said Wunna Win, Administrator of Ngwa Saung.

He reported about it to the authorities and he had been instructed to transfer the two Chinese to the office of the regional police force. The two Chinese were being transferred on March 3 and they will be sent to Thailand, he added.

The two Chinese are 31 years old Qin Miao and 24 years old Gang Gang. They are two of four people committer murder in Pattaya City, Thailand. They will be handed to the Thai police force, according to the office of the Ayeyawady Region police force.
