NAYPYITAW-------President Win Myint and State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi gave their advance votes for General Election-2020 at Union Election Sub-Commission’s Office in Nay Pyi Taw Council Area this morning.

Zaw Htay, a spokesperson of the President’s Office, said at the press conference held in Presidential Palace in Nay Pyi Taw on October 23rd that the President and the State Counsellor had filled up From 15 to qualify to give advance votes outside their constituency.  He aslo said that  the two leaders would be casting advance votes for Tamwe and Bahan Townships, Yangon Region.

President Win Myint won the Lower House seat representing Tamwe Township, Yangon Region, in general election-2015 and then he will be representing Tamwe Township constituency of Yangon Region for upcoming Nov.8 General Election-2020.

Likewise, the State Counsellor won the seats in Lower House in Yangon’s Kawthmu Township in By-election-2012 and General Election-2015. She will be taking part in an upcoming general election-2020 representing Kawthmu Township constituency in Yangon Region.
