No new COVID-19 case found on May 5: MOHS

No new COVID-19 case was found in 292 samples made in first and second batches of test results released on May 5, announced Ministry of Health and Sports (MOHS).

A total of 94 test samples were made at National Health Laboratory (NHL) in Yangon and 106 test samples were made at Department of Medical Research (DMR), announced the MOHS at 8 pm on May 5.

Furthermore, 92 test samples were made at National Health Laboratory (NHL) in Yangon and no COVID-19 case was found at the lab results, announced the MOHS at 11:30 pm on May 5.

A total of 49 COVID-19 patients are found negative twice till May 5 and there are 98 people under monitoring for COVID-19 from May 4 to 5.

Myanmar found 161 COVID-19 confirmed patients so far and six of them are died.
