Newly launched Yangon-Ranong container ship sets sail with cargo for Myanmar

A recently introduced container ship operating between Yangon and Ranong departed from Ranong on its maiden voyage to Yangon. 

The vessel, MV BEPORE SULTAN, carried a variety of goods including beverages, construction materials, and electrical equipment from Ranong Port, Thailand. 

It docked at Kawthaung Royal Harbor in Myanmar with a total cargo weight of 490 tons, comprising 16 containers of 40 feet and 19 containers of 20 feet. Prior to continuing its journey to Yangon, the cargo underwent inspection by relevant authorities at the checkpoint in Kawthaung on July 11.
