Myanmar reports 7,083 new patients with 145 deaths on July 14

Myanmar found 7083 new COVID-19 confirmed cases on July 14 bringing total number of patients to 208,357, according to an announcement from Ministry of Health and Sports (MOHS).

A total of 2,914,284 samples are tested till 8 pm of July 14 and found confirmed cases of 208,357 patients. 145 more people died from the virus bringing total number of death tolls to 4,181, according to a report from the MOHS.

A total of 1657 people were discharged from the hospitals and so people recovered from the virus reached to 151,442.

It said, samples are being tested in labs under MOHS, using GeneXpert machines in hospitals in Nay Pyi Taw, all regions and states, at No.1 1,000-Bed Military Hospital in Yangon, No-2 Military Hospital (1000 Bed) Nay Pyi Taw, No-1 Military Hospital in Pyin Oo Lwin (700 Bed ), No-9 Military Hospital, Lashio ( 100 Bed), Kalay Military mobile PCR Team, COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Diagnostic Test in hospitals in Nay Pyi Taw, all regions and states and COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Diagnostic Test in public health departments in regions and states.
