Homemade mortars, bombs and accessories seized from primary school compound in KhinU Township

Homemade mortars and bombs and accessories have been confiscated in the compound of Myakan Village primary school in KhinU Township, Sagaing Region, according to a statement released by the information team of the State Administration Council

 Security forces, while doing their security duty at about 7amo on March 23, found and seized from the village primary school compound ten homemade mortars, six homemade mines, 22 12-V bullets, one bullet-proof vest, two motorcycle batteries, a camouflage hat, three pairs of camouflage long boots, and other related materials. The security forces then destroyed the seizures.     

The SAC statement says the security forces are taking continued measures to expose and arrest those committing acts of terrorism.
