Minor Flooding Reported in Kyaukse Town as Zawgyi River Levels rise in Kyaukse , Mandalay Region, local residents have reported flooding in some neighborhoods around 4 PM on September 10, due to the rising water levels of the Zawgyi River.

"Some neighborhoods are experiencing minor flooding. Currently, we are monitoring the situation. It’s not too severe yet. The riverbanks are fully submerged, and all neighborhoods are observing the situation closely. We will continue to monitor the entire town until around midnight," said a local resident.

If flooding worsens, evacuation centers have been prepared by neighborhood and village groups. Residents are advised to contact their local administrators for relocation arrangements if necessary.
