Authorities have announced that electronic items and general goods confiscated under the Customs Law will be sold through a competitive auction system.
The items up for auction include electronic devices, machinery, construction materials, animal feed, and other general goods. The auction will take place at the Customs Warehouse of the Department of Logistics and Transport in Ahlone Township, Yangon Region.
The auction is scheduled for May 14. Interested buyers can purchase auction application forms for 10,000 kyats each on May 6 and 7 during office hours. Those who have bought the forms will be allowed to inspect the auction items in person from May 8 to May 12 (on working days), between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., according to the Customs Department.
