One of Myanmar’s famous actors, Lun Min, charged under Section 505 (a) of the penal code was arrested by police on the night of February 20, according to his wife Khin Sabai Oo, who went live on Ayeyarwady Lu Min Facebook Page.

In the live broadcast, she said the police arrested and took away him but did not mention where he would be taken.

“Police have arrested Ko Lun Min! He was taken by many police vans. I don’t know how and where I have to follow. They forcibly entered the house after breaking the door to arrest him. They didn’t say where my husband would be taken. They made a forceful arrest. I could not stop them. I told them where I had to follow. Is it Bahan Township Police Station? But they didn’t answer. They said they couldn’t tell. I shouted where my husband would be taken and that I would also come,” Khin Sabai Oo lamented in her Facebook live broadcast.
